It´s in the Coporate Team Building area, atCovilhã, that we present ourselves with proposals for social programs and the creation of group dynamics, through the carrying out of activities/games, in a playful and very relaxed way, we appeal to team spirit and the strengthening of interpersonal relationships, based on principles of communication and mutual help, between all participants.

The design of the programs also takes into account the number of participants involved. their characteristics, the amount of time available to carry out the activities, the time of year in which the actions are carried out, the available budget and the objectives and needs of the company/ group itself.
We will always be receptive to requests to change the activities and programs presented, with a view to improving them and consequently approaching the objectives defined for the event.

With the exception of the Snow-Challenger, we carry out all these activities all over the country!!!

Challenge:

Adventure in Serra da Estrela

This event will take place in the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, the participants will be divided into teams, where the objective is to win the highest number of points, surpassing for that, the various challenges that will be placed on them.

Time and human resources management is critical to success!

The orientation activities, target shooting, climbing, rappelling, slide, traditional games and group dynamics are just a few examples of activities that can be part of the event.

Team building woolfest

The teams will continue to discover the historic center of Covilhã and in this case with the great involvement of the “Woolfest”*,

Time management and human resources are critical to success, photographing multiple locations and following multiple leads.

With this activity there will be a deeper knowledge of the local culture and customs, there will be a lot of interaction with the locals, and you can also experience those delicacies hidden from tourists…

A very fun activity that can be very appealing to the senses, especially in terms of taste, and can be complemented with a photography workshop, provided by a professional photographer. Note.

Animative Quiz – Indoor activity

Using controls with wireless technology, this great quiz game is fun to play with teams.

With the possibility of playing 20 teams at the same time, we will be able to develop an activity just for leisure and entertainment with questions of general culture or even to face the game more professionally.

There is the possibility of adapting the games and realizing “how” the elements of the company are aware of the same or the new product they intend to sell. It is possible to customize some of the questions in the game accordingly!

Note: The game is entirely in Portuguese and will be performed by a professional animator.

Treasure hunt

Pedestrian activity that takes place in teams. The objective is to reach the treasure, following the clues and unraveling puzzles, progressing as they overcome the proposed challenges.

The possibilities are countless: the activity can take place in nature, in the city, during the day, at night or even inside a hotel or a company.

Snow Challenge – Tower, Serra da Estrela

At the highest point of mainland Portugal, several challenges are proposed in a rotation system by stations.

The construction of snow rafts, the snow racket courses, sledges and “donuts”, the construction of snowmen, are some examples of challenges to be proposed to the teams.
