KidsPark Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
All equipment and activities have a strong recreational, educational, and psychomotor component.
The models shown in the site photos and advertisements may not correspond to the same people or structures that will perform the contracted services.
We are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur due to non-compliance with the rules or instructions from our monitors.
Whenever we inform about schedule availability, it is up to the interested client to pay the reservation fee to secure the desired date and time for the party.
For your convenience, we offer private and free parking.
2. Parties at Animactiva KidsPark
All materials provided at Animactiva KidsPark must be treated with due respect and care. The replacement or repair of any damaged material will be entirely the client’s responsibility.
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to bring balls or other types of toys and/or people into the entertainment area, except with proper authorization from our monitors.
The snack is served in the last 30 minutes of the party. If inconvenient, the birthday child’s parents may choose the most suitable time for it, according to the availability of the space. Animactiva KidsPark reserves the right to change the snack time according to its needs.
The snack and birthday cake are not included in the basic packages (except for the “Menu 1” snack in the “Monti” Party). These are extras that can be reserved in advance, or if preferred, parents can choose to bring them from home. Even if you hire one of our menus, parents can bring food to complement them; however, they must sign a liability waiver for the food they bring to the space.
It is under the control of Animactiva KidsPark that children leaving the party are accompanied by an adult.
Parents must inform us about the estimated number of children and their age group at least two days before the party, so we can provide enough monitors to ensure maximum safety.
For all purposes, the number of children confirmed 24 hours in advance will be considered present.
The admission of any child implies the assumption of responsibility for damages caused by them, either to the facilities or to third parties.
For the safety of all children in the facilities, adults are not allowed to take photos inside the space without prior consent from someone responsible at Animactiva KidsPark. The photography service can be performed by Animactiva KidsPark monitors, with the hiring of the extra photography service. All photos taken by our monitors will be exclusively of the children at the mentioned party and will only be given to the parents, who assume their storage and are prohibited from sharing them in any medium, except with the proper authorization from the parents of the child(ren).
3. Payments
The event reservation is only effectively considered upon payment of the Reservation Fee = €50.
On the day of the event, the remaining payment must be made during the party hours.
Checks are not accepted, and we do not have an ATM.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and changes to event activities must be communicated via email (geral@animactiva.pt) or phone (967896755 / 967896754) no later than 15 days in advance. If you cancel the event less than 15 days in advance or do not show up on the date or time of the party, Animactiva KidsPark reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee, as we are refusing other parties that could take place on the same day and time.
Note: In extraordinary circumstances, such as the birthday child becoming ill up to 3 days before the party date, we will try to reschedule it as close as possible to the original date and time. This decision will always depend on the availability of the KidsPark schedule.
5. Miscellaneous
By contracting any service from Animactiva KidsPark, the client acknowledges and agrees with each of the conditions presented here.
It is not allowed to copy or use images from our page, and unauthorized use of these is punishable by law.
Changes to our “Terms and Conditions” Policy: If we change our “Terms and Conditions” Policy, we will publish a new version on our website (www.animactiva.pt) and post it visibly at the park facilities.
The new policy will apply to all clients of our services and will take effect from the moment of its publication and/or posting.
